When ordering, the order amount is blocked in the customer's account. Sportyfied will only withdraw the money when the last items in the order have been shipped from our warehouse. Sportyfied allows payment with the following payment cards Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, Visa Electron. You can also use Amax and JCB.
At sportyfied we do not charge card fees.
Sportyfied accepts payment in several different currencies which depends on the language version of Sportyfied.com. The Danish site is in Danish kroners (KR). The American site is in American Dollar ($). All remaining language versions are in Euro (€).

The delivery time for each product is stated in connection with the product display at sportyfied.com.
The processing time can vary, but usually the order from Sportyfied is shipped within 1 - 8 business days from ordering. If this is an order item, a longer processing time is expected.
If multiple products are ordered in the same order, the longest delivery time for the ordered products must be expected, as the products will, as a starting point, be shipped together.
If a product is to be applied with print and/or embroidery, an additional 1 - 3 days of processing time is expected.
Which delivery method you can use, will depend on your selected country.
If you cancel your purchase, the item can be returned within 30 days from the date the item is received. To be sure to get the full amount when returning, the item must be returned substantially in the same condition and quantity as it were received.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know that you will regret your purchase. You can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or use the standard cancellation form found at the bottom of the terms of trade.
When you tell us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
The buyer is responsible for holding any shipping costs for returned goods. The purchase price is returned to your account within approx. 14 business days from we received notice of the cancellation.

Products ordered to be applied with print and/or embroidery cannot be exchanged or returned. The right to return is lost as soon as Sportyfied Aps starts printing or embroidering a product in order to meet the specific needs of a customer; see the Danish consumer agreement law §18, part 3.
Non-EU customers do not pay VAT (Value added taxes), which is automatically deducted at the checkout. Non-EU customers may be required to pay customs or import duties when parcels reach the destination country. These charges must be paid in full by the recipient of the parcel. Customs and import duties vary widely from country to country, and we are therefore not able to inform you of specific charges for your country. The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note: sportyfied.com cannot declare parcels as gifts or undervalue parcels.
You can exchange your item within 30 days from the date the item is received. Delivery time for the exchange depends on the availability of the new product. If Sportyfied has the new product in stock, the above delivery conditions will apply when exchanging goods. The buyer must pay for any. shipping costs for returning the item. Sportyfied covers shipping costs for the new item.
Individualized products that have been printed and/or embroidered by Sportyfied cannot be exchanged.

If you regret you purchase and return the products to us we will of course reimburse you for the money you have paid us. The amount will be transferred to the credit card you have used for your purchase or to you bank account as soon as we have received the returned item and ensured that it meets our rules for returns. The only cost for you when returning/regretting an order is the delivery cost for returning the item to us.
In connection with product individualization, it is possible to upload and personalize products and goods at sportyfied.com. At Sportyfied, we cannot be controllers in relation to the rights and permissions for the use of, Club logos, Company logos etc.
At Sportyfied, we therefore expect that you have obtained the permissions and rights to use the selected Club logo, Company logo, etc.
Sportyfied cannot be held responsible for the use of the uploaded logos. The responsibility lies with the person(s) who uploaded the logo and placed the order.
You have to include a copy of the order confirmation. This is not an absolute requirement, but the handling time will be faster if you fill out our form on the invoice. Please note, we do not accept packages sent cash on delivery (COD).
If the return is justified we will, of course, reimburse you for your (reasonable) delivery costs.

When you buy from Sportyfied, you have a 24-month warranty which is statutory under Sale of Goods Act. If you choose to advertise a product, you can have the item repaired, exchanged, money returned or discounted, depending on the specific complaint. It is a requirement that the defect in the product has not arisen because of improper use of the product or other tortious behaviour of the product.
A complaint must be made within a reasonable time after the defect in the product is discovered. If you advertise within two months after the error is detected, the complaint will always be timely. You must stop using the product when the defect is discovered, otherwise the complaint cannot be assessed correctly. In case of a legitimate complaint, Sportyfied returns "reasonable" shipping costs against a receipt.
When the product is returned to Sportyfied, if possible, please attach a copy of the order confirmation to ensure the fastest expedition.
